I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Space Home Apartment - Prater in Vienna, Austria from the 3rd to the 5th of May 2023. And let me tell you, it was a truly unique and futuristic experience. I booked my stay at the Space Home Apartment - Prater through Booking.com.
From the moment I arrived at the apartment, I knew I was in for something special. Using the door code that was sent to me on the day of my arrival, I gained access to a room filled with cool-looking capsules. I located my assigned capsule, which was number 8, and was pleased to see that the door was open and waiting for me. The key card, along with bedding, a towel, and a remote control, were all provided.
But what really blew me away were the amenities inside the capsule. I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including sockets, a flat screen TV, headphones, a mirror, a mirror light, a ceiling light, air conditioning, a smoke alarm, a safety deposit box, and a table. And with the double capsule, I had two duvets and pillows available to use as well as two towels. The capsule could be locked from the inside and also had an open door button, as well as an SOS button for emergencies.
The room had around 12 capsules one stacked on top of another, and there was a small sofa and large lockers with locks and keys available to use for free. There was also a small cabinet with a kettle on the top, which could be used to make a cup of tea/coffee, and sinks next to it. Further along, there were two toilets, one for females and one for males. And the three spacious showers were inside private cubicles, with lots of space to store your toiletries and hang towels and clothes.
Overall, the Space Home Apartment was incredible. The room was spotlessly clean, and the entire experience was fun and memorable.
